Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA or BCaBA)

Job Purpose: This position is responsible for providing a wide variety of clinical responsibilities to support Collaborating for Kids, LLC-Bloomington/Greenwood to ensure effective implementation ABA policies and procedures. The BCBA will work with Program Managers, Behavior Technicians, parents, and other CFK staff to provide initial assessment and ongoing consultation and training.
Duties and responsibilities:
ABA Duties:

Conduct and complete initial authorization and re-authorizations
-
Create data sheets
-
Meet with Program Managers for supervision and guidance
-
Provide ongoing training to Program Managers and Behavior Technicians
-
Attend parent treatment team meetings
-
Meet with families upon request
-
Analyze data; working with Program Manager to change program to reflect analysis
-
Work with Program Manager to write skill acquisition programs
-
Develop and oversee discharge plan
-
Oversee FBA and BIP development
-
Conduct Functional Analysis, as needed
-
Sign weekly billing sheets
-
Oversee and supervise monthly reports written by Program Manager
Qualifications
-
BCBA required.
-
Experience working in a hospital/medical office/healthcare setting or behavioral health.
-
Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a dynamic environment and adapt quickly to change.
-
Exceptional organization and time management skills.
-
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
-
Very organized with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
-
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with different levels of management, staff members, outside partners and the general public.

Ability to appropriately exercise discretion with confidential matters.

Successful in managing staff.
Registered Behavior Therapist (RBT)
Reports to: Clinic Manager (Admin) & BCBA (Clinical) for Greenwood and Bloomington clinics

Job purpose: This position is responsible for working directly with the Program Manager and BCBA to implement the clinical programs and treatment of CFK consumers.
Duties and responsibilities:

Implement ABA programs as determined by Program Manager and BCBA.

Collect data daily.
-
Write daily progress notes.
-
Complete and obtain parent signature on weekly billing.
-
Transport clients as needed.
-
Attend monthly team training meetings.
-
Attend required staff or parent meetings.
-
Attend school meetings when requested.
-
Complete assigned binder upkeep responsibilities.
-
Conduct communication with parent as needed.
-
Implement Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) as determined by Program Manager and BCBA.
-
Check CFK email and Backpack page daily.
-
Other duties assigned by Clinic Manager and BCBA.
Qualifications:
High School Degree or GED required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Experience working in human-services field required (with consumers diagnosed with autism preferred).

Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a dynamic environment and adapt quickly to change.

Successfully pass motor vehicle record screening, drug screening, CPS background check, and Indiana State/Federal background check.

Current valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.

Licensed Counselor (LMHC, LMFT, LSW, LCSW)
Reports to: Mental Health Manager for Greenwood location only

Job purpose: Provide ongoing counseling services to a variety of ages and mental health concerns in the office setting. Part-time and full-time opportunities available. Flexible scheduling!
Duties and responsibilities:

Work with children, adolescents, and adults to improve their mental health functioning

Encourage clients to discuss emotions and experiences
-
Examine issues including substance abuse, aging, bullying, anger management, careers, depression, relationships, LGBTQ issues, self-image, stress and suicide

Work with families
-
Help clients define goals, plan action and gain insight
-
Develop therapeutic processes
-
Refer clients to psychologists and other services
-
Take a holistic (mind and body) approach to mental health care

Qualifications:
Master's Level Licensed Counselor preferred.
